Ingredients
- •1 lb Elbow Macaroni
- •4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- •1 can (12 oz) Evaporated Milk
- •2 large Eggs
- •0.25 cup Butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and return to pot.

Add butter to hot macaroni and stir until melted.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs and evaporated milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Add 3 cups of shredded cheese to the macaroni and stir to combine.

Pour egg mixture over macaroni and stir well.

Transfer to prepared baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
